Cleanout Services for San Diego Homes and Businesses
We handle cleanouts everywhere in San Diego County, with same-day slots available more days than not.
Cleanout Services Across San Diego
A garage stacked floor to ceiling since the house went into escrow. A rental left half-packed after an eviction notice. A house that's sat mostly untouched since a probate case finally closed. These are the calls that turn into a full property cleanout, and they rarely stop at one room — once a crew's inside, the shed, the closets, and the attic usually need clearing too. We run full property cleanouts across the county for exactly that reason, plus move-outs and rental turnovers that need to happen fast.
Seven days a week, from the coast to the East County backcountry.
- Full house, garage, attic and basement cleanouts
- Estate and inherited-property cleanouts
- Rental turnover and move-out cleanouts
- Foreclosure and eviction cleanouts
- Hoarding and heavy-clutter cleanouts, handled without judgment
- Items sorted for donation and recycling before anything hits the landfill

What It Costs in San Diego
A cleanout's price comes down to how full the truck ends up once everything from the property is loaded — not the number of hours the crew spends inside.
Load Size
The fuller the truck by the end of the job, the higher the price runs.
Material Weight
Old appliances, tile and dense debris cost more because the dump bills us by weight.
Stairs & Carry Distance
Multi-story homes and long carries from the house to the curb add time to the job.
Disposal Fees
Whatever the transfer station charges to take a load gets passed through at cost.
Mattresses are one of the most common single items in a cleanout, and instead of landfilling them, they go through the county's free Bye Bye Mattress recycling program based at Miramar. Paint cans get pulled aside for a PaintCare drop-off, and anything like batteries or old electronics rides along to the same hazardous-waste facility instead of the general load.
We agree on the number before a single box leaves the house, and that's what you pay when the job's done.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as the city's free bulky pickup?
San Diego's own bulky pickup only runs twice a year, tops out at six items and has to be booked through the Get It Done app or by calling 858-694-7000 — nothing close to what a full cleanout needs. We don't cap the count or make you wait for the next open date.
Do you clear out estates and inherited properties?
Yes. We handle full estate cleanouts, working room by room so family members can flag anything they want kept before the rest goes.
What happens to things that are still usable?
We set aside furniture, electronics and household goods in decent shape and route them to donation instead of the landfill.
How long does a full property cleanout take?
Most single properties finish in one visit. Heavily packed homes or multi-building properties sometimes need a second pass, and we'll tell you which one yours needs before we start.
